Natural Horse & Hoofcare Clinic

As a horse owner, you are often confronted daily with the many different methods in which a horse’s foot can be trimmed. As a layman, this is not an easy matter to familiarize yourself with.

In this course we try to answer as many questions as possible about caring for and trimming the hoof. Using the necessary theory, we explain exactly what Natural Trim means, how to apply it in practice and how it differs from other methods.

During the course you will learn to assess, map and trim different hooves, healthy and unhealthy. In addition, you learn what it takes to keep the horse and the hoof strong and healthy for many days to come.

For those who want more depth in hoof trimming, we offer the opportunity to follow this course several times. If you want to practice the profession of hoof care professional, we recommend that you follow the course for Natural Hoof Care. This practical course is given in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands we have two instructors available for the internship days.
